Esta lista inicia con el segundo sencillo del nuevo LP de Tame Impala “Lonerism”, uno de los mejores discos del año. Continúa con muestra de bandas inglesas; de The Maccabees a Alt-J (también con uno de nuestros discos favoritos del año y probable ganador del Mercury Prize: An Awesome Wave). En esta nueva entrega varios adelantos de lo que viene para la segunda mitad del año.  Trabajos que son adorados y odiados por el hype; antes de salir todo es sensacional a veces no los bajan de genios, pero al llegar el disco y ver que a todos les gusta entonces se abalanzan a hacerlo mierda, como si algo que le gusta a todos está escupido por el propio Justin Bieber; así paso con Lana del Rey y ahora con Twin Shadow y Frank Ocean. Un listado temático, ahora con puras canciones de comerciales, ads, spots, anuncios. Todo debido a que en esta semana es el Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, la entrega de premios más importante en publicidad a nivel mundial. Pero como aquí lo que nos importa es la música demos FFW a eso.

Spots con grandes tracks, soundtrack en pequeñas historias de 20 segundos o que coronan un largo beautyshot de minutos. No son las típicas canciones de stock que se usan como un prop más, sino un pratogonista más del anuncio que logra crecerlo, sin ganarle, ni opacarlo.
